AcuFocus University, the online educational resource for the IC-8 IOL, helping physicians further their education on the small aperture IOL through published pieces of literature.
OBJECTIVES:
The client came to us looking for:
- A password protected portal to list specific publications
- Links had to open in a new window whenever it was redirecting you out of their site, except for their parent site
- Publications needed to be sorted by category
- A disclaimer was required to display everytime they were leaving the site
SOLUTIONS:
- We created a custom post type for the publications to allow category sorting
- We added password protection to the home page and customized the sign up copy
- We customized existing plugins to allow the disclaimer before site exit and also to open the links in a new window and to their specific publication download source
