Infinite Web Designs was founded in 2001 by Amy DeLardi. Amy launched her website design career over 21 years ago with IBM and continues to apply her experience and coordinated approach to her business. We invite you to learn more about IWD on our About Us page.
The quick answer is hundreds! Whether designing and developing new websites or reconstructing existing ones, our team launches on average 10-15 sites a year. You can check out our most recent work in our portfolio

Our reputation for customer service and high quality creative work has attracted clients from a wide range of industries like: healthcare, home services, lawyers, finance, education, real estate, health and fitness, environmental, non-profit, landscaping, restaurants and many more! We involve our clients in the entire process. The question is how involved do you want to be the details and tasks of the process. Every client is different. Some want to write their own copy and provide their own photography/graphics. Others don’t know where to begin or quite frankly don’t have the time to provide such content. No matter what, we’ve got you covered! At the very least you WILL be involved in the decision making throughout the entire process. This ensures customer satisfaction and ownership of the project.

Every client is different and we tailor our communication accordingly. We typically meet clients face to face (if possible) when kicking off a project. Because the nature of our work is web-based/virtual – our preferred method of communication is via email. This helps us organize incoming requests and facilitates the transfer of files and images back and forth. Phone/video calls are scheduled when we need to work through more detailed conversations or review a project at a critical milestone. Bottom line is we try to meet our clients where they are at with their preferred method of communication.
We typically charge 50% retainer at the start of the project, 25% mid-way through and 25% at the end of the project.

Web Design

Yes! We believe in giving back to our community. One of the ways that we have found is by offering a 10% discount to all non profit organizations. 

Yes. Once your site is complete we will provide access and training so you feel very comfortable accessing your site.

Yes, you paid for it, you own it.
Because websites work! A website is most often your first point of contact with your target audience/consumer. We are in a digital age and this is how consumers shop. If you don’t have a website you will lose business to your competition on the daily. Even if it’s just a 1 page website, it’s better than not having one.
Typically a 10-15 page website will take 6-8 weeks to go through our proven process of designing and developing a website. Smaller website can take 4-6 weeks.
Frankly, the answer is, “It depends.” There are a number of variables that have a direct effect on expense. The cost to build a website can range from as low as $12/month up to $20,000 or more. Whether the website is for personal use, for a small to medium-sized business or for a large organization with complex needs, the cost can vary significantly. When we price out the initial cost of a site we include at least 1 round of revisions for each phase of the project. Our estimates and project timelines represent this very clearly. Indecisiveness can often make a project go over budget. Clients are reminded at each round of revision where they are at so they are empowered to stay on budget. We take our project budgets very seriously and communicate with our clients should we foresee any expected overages before they become an issue.

We offer WordPress training to people who want to maintain their website themselves. We also offer support and maintenance packages for those who wish to have the professionals keep their site up-to-date.
We mostly use WordPress to develop our sites unless there is a specific platform like HubSpot, Shopify, BigCommerce, etc. that we need to use for a valid reason.
Yes, we have a professional copywriter on staff. Not only is she really good at writing for many different industries, she also writes with industry related keywords and SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategies/best practices in mind. We also offer copy editing in the event you want to take a first pass at writing your own copy, but want it to be reviewed/polished by a professional copywriter.
Yes. We offer to all our clients, access to our stock photo library. Some clients like to pick out their own images and others prefer we do that for them. We also have a local photographer that we work with if the stock photo route doesn’t work for you. Either way we got you covered!

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

SEO is the process of increasing the visibility and ease of locating a website based on keywords, phrases, and content in order to achieve a higher ranking in a search engine.

Search Engine Optimization is not a one-plan-fits-all solution. Developing an SEO package is based upon: type of website (informational or e-commerce), intended audience, targeted geography, budget and goals.

We offer SEO services in two ways: 1) Monthly SEO, an ongoing service which is the best approach for successfully getting higher ranking in the search engines. The Infinite Web Designs Monthly SEO program not only lets you know how well your website is working for you, monthly monitoring will also catch small problems before they become big liabilities. Whether you go with service 1 or 2, we still provide a thorough research and analysis process of the keywords your site should be optimized for. We offer 3 different pricing packages for our monthly Search Engine Optimization service. Our pricing starts at $349/month and increases depending on the number of keywords and pages we need to optimize for.

There isn’t anyone who can answer this question, and if they do they are not being 100% truthful. We tell our clients to not expect any first page ORGANIC rankings in less than 3 months. One of the largest factors in whether you are going to rank organically is based on the competitiveness of your keywords. Another factor is the size of your industry and other sites competing for the same ranking. The more competitive the industry and keywords, the more difficult to get ranking. Organic ranking that is! That’s where we come in! Our SEO Specialist will do a thorough research and analysis of the keywords you should be using. Keywords are determined based on monthly search volume for your particular industry, product or service. All our findings are provided to you in a spreadsheet. We review our findings with you to help you determine which keywords we should prioritize and focus on. Keep in mind we refer to them as “keywords” but they really are “key phrases” that make up more than just a single word.

According to PageRank is a value assigned to a web page as a measure of its popularity or importance, used to determine the order in which search engine results are presented.

Social Media

It is true that most businesses can benefit from using social media. Consumers follow their favorite companies on social media to discover entertaining content, give feedback or reviews, and get a first look at new products/services. Did you know that 97% of marketers are using social media to reach their audiences. (Lyfe Marketing,2018)? However, one size doesn’t fit all and there are some businesses that just don’t see a benefit or a return on their investment from having a social media presence. We like to ask our clients the following two questions: 1) Is your target audience on social media (if so what platform(s))? 2) Do you have something to say to your target audience? Most businesses have quite a bit they can share on social media. Whether it’s an education video, a helpful or engaging article, or even an update to store hours or new location(s). Not likely when using honest best practices. People that achieve such massive following that quickly are probably paying for followers. Here at IWD we go for quality over quantity. Just because you have a large following doesn’t mean all those followers are seeing your posts. Engagement and quality content is what you want to focus on. Engagement leads to growth. We do run social media ads as a strategy that increases awareness, exposure and engagement. But we do not buy followers.
