How long have you been in business?
Infinite Web Designs was founded in 2001 by Amy Andrew. Amy launched her website design career over 21 years ago with IBM and continues to apply that experience and coordinated approach to her business. Learn more about us.
How many websites have you built?
The quick answer is hundreds. Whether designing brand-new websites or rebuilding existing ones, our team launches 10–15 sites a year on average. See our most recent work in our portfolio.
What industries do you work with?
Our reputation for customer service and high-quality creative work has attracted clients across healthcare, home services, law, finance, education, real estate, health and fitness, environmental, non-profit, landscaping, restaurants and many more. How involved will I be in the process?
The real question is how involved you want to be. Some clients write their own copy and provide their own photography. Others don't know where to begin, or simply don't have the time — either way, we've got you covered. At minimum, you'll be involved in the decision-making throughout, which keeps you satisfied and gives you real ownership of the project.
How do you communicate with clients?
We tailor it to you. We typically meet face to face when kicking off a project. Day to day, email keeps requests organized and makes it easy to pass files back and forth. Phone and video calls get scheduled for detailed conversations or key milestones. Bottom line: we meet you where you are.
What does your payment structure look like?
We typically charge a 50% retainer at the start of the project, 25% midway through, and the final 25% at completion.
