With millions of people on twitter, you must be wondering what they are talking about? Even if you do not have a twitter account you can still see if people are talking about your company. All you need to do is go to twitter.com and find the big search bar on the top. Type in your company’s name and search. The search bar will help you find conversations where people are using your company’s name. Keep in mind the comments may have nothing to do with you, so it is important to read the context surrounding the comment. Just click on their picture and it will take you to the conversation. Also realize that the search only checks comments made in the last few days, so try a few times over the next couple of weeks.
